Design: High molecular weight genomic DNA of P. marinus was extracted using the Qiagen genomic tip kit for high molecular weight DNA, following the manufacturers instructions. Nucleic acid integrity control was performed using a Fragment Analyzer (Advanced Analytical Technologies). The extracted genomic DNA was quantified with a Qubit 2.0 Fluorometer and was used for the preparation of SMRTbell Libraries
